The Deontrell Live Stock Farm LLC Cattle Ranch Health Guarantee consists of two parts:

Part 1 –

Shields you from getting a diseased calf. Your calf needs to be checked by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days after leaving my care. If your veterinarian finds the calf to be sick and/or unsuitable for sale, you may return the calf to receive a complete refund of the sale price or choose a “next available” calf of your preference.

A couple of key details: Firstly – I need an original written statement from your vet. Secondly – I will not cover veterinary expenses. Third – shipping fees for calves are non-refundable; however, if you covered the cost of shipping your calf, I will cover the expense to have the calf sent back. If a “next-available” calf meets your approval, I will cover the shipping costs.

Ultimately, I comply rigorously with the 30 Days deadline. I realize veterinary clinics are not open on weekends and holidays, yet viruses do not adhere to office hours. If I prolong this deadline, I might find myself accountable for a calf’s sickness that arose after it left my vigilant and careful supervision.

Part 2 –

Safeguards you in the long run from potential genetic disorders or birth defects. If your cow is found to have a severe genetic defect or congenital illness before reaching one year old, I will offer you a healthy substitute. Based on the particular situation, I will collaborate with you to determine the most effective way to care for the ill cow.

Instances of ailments that would qualify you for a healthy substitute include; life-threatening heart issues, hereditary diseases or defects, and degenerative nerve disorders. To put it differently, factors that influence lifespan or the standard of living.

Instances of conditions that would not be eligible for replacement include, but are not restricted to, harmless heart murmurs. In other terms, any ailment that a normally healthy calf can endure while maintaining a joyful quality of life, or a condition that can be managed.

Overall, I would trust a veterinarian’s assessment of what defines a significant defect, but I might seek a second opinion at my own cost. No refund will be provided in cases of clear negligence or if there are breaches of the Sales Agreement. If I am unable to provide a healthy alternative within six months or if I cease to run my ranch. I will return the initial purchase price
